Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within the third week of the shipment month. For example, June 2026 mail club orders will be processed and shipped in the third week of June. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We currently ship within the United States. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking To keep shipping costs low, we will be sending all orders out as First Class Mail - Stamped Envelopes which will not include tracking. 

Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@popknuckle.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to make it right.
